This policy explains how Drenodi ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit drenodi.com or buy from us. Drenodi is operated by Britz Services, Queensland, Australia.

1. Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you buy. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal); we never see or store your full card details.
- Account and contact details: if you create an account, subscribe to our emails or contact us.
- Browsing information: your device, browser, IP address, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Reviews: if you leave a product review, your name and review may be shown on our site.

2. How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including refunds and replacements.
- To answer your questions.
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To understand how our site is used and improve it, and to show relevant ads.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with
We only share what's needed to run the store:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
- Fulfilment partners and suppliers, including overseas suppliers, who pack and ship your order. They receive your name, shipping address and phone number.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Payment providers, to process payments.
- Analytics and advertising services such as Google (Analytics, Shopping and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which help us measure our site and show ads.
- Review services (Judge.me), to collect and display product reviews.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.

4. Overseas transfers
Because our providers and suppliers operate internationally, your information may be stored or processed outside your country, including in the United States, Canada and China. We use reputable providers who protect personal information.

5. Cookies and ads
Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure traffic and support advertising. You can control cookies through the cookie banner on our site and your browser settings. You can opt out of personalised ads at:

6. How long we keep it
