Returns & refunds

We want you and your dog to love your Drenodi product.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item: contact us at info@drenodi.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund – you won't need to post anything back unless we ask.

Change of mind: we don't accept change-of-mind returns.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

This policy doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your country.
