FAQ

Is it completely spill-proof?
No. It reduces splashing and sloshing from movement and messy drinking, but water will still come out if the bowl is tipped over.

Can I leave it full while the car is moving?
Put it on a flat floor, not on a seat. It handles normal stops and turns much better than an open bowl, but very hard braking or sharp corners can still shift water.

What size dog is it for?
It's best for small and medium dogs. Bigger dogs can use it too, but at 750 mL you'll need to top it up more often.

Will my dog know how to drink from it?
Most dogs work it out within a few tries. For the first day or two, fill it a little higher so the water sits well above the plate.

How do I clean it?
Lift off the rim, take out the plate and wash all three parts in warm, soapy water, then rinse and let them dry.

Can I use it for food?
No. It's designed for water. The floating plate only works with liquid.
