Fur on the couch, the car seat and your black jeans? This self-cleaning slicker brush lifts loose undercoat while you brush, then one press of the button pushes the fur off in a single clump. Fine pins with small rounded tips, a 10.5 cm head and three colours. Free shipping, usually delivered in 12–19 days.
Brush it out before it lands on the couch
Every bit of loose coat you brush out now is fur that won't end up on the doona later. The catch with most slicker brushes is the cleaning: you're left picking hair out of the pins with your fingers. Here, you brush, press the button on the back, and the pins pull back so the fur slides straight off into the bin.
- Shedding season: a few minutes on the back deck takes the worst of the undercoat out before it's all over the house.
- Before a car trip: a quick brush means less fur on the back seat and boot mat.
- Weekly tidy-up: keeps small tangles from turning into knots on longer coats.
Why you'll like it
- Self-cleaning: press the button and the pins retract, so the fur comes off in one go. No picking it out by hand.
- Rounded pin tips: each pin has a small rounded tip, so it's kinder on skin than bare wire pins.
- Good-sized head: about 10.5 cm wide, so it covers a Lab's back without taking all arvo.
- Easy to hold: a shaped handle with a hanging hole at the end, so it lives on a hook by the back door.
- Pairs with our hair roller: brush the dog, then roll up whatever made it to the couch.
Honest limit: it lifts loose fur and small tangles. It won't cut out big, tight mats. Those need a groomer.

FAQ
Will it hurt my dog?
Use gentle strokes and don't press hard into the skin. The rounded tips help, but if the skin looks red or your dog pulls away, stop and give it a break.
What coats does it suit?
It works best on medium to long coats and double coats like Labs, Goldens, Kelpies, Border Collies and Cavoodles. On short, smooth coats use it lightly.
Will it get rid of mats?
It helps with small tangles. Big, tight mats need a groomer, so please don't try to rip them out with a brush.
How do I clean it?
Press the button and wipe the fur off. Every so often, wipe the head with a damp cloth and let it dry.
Can I brush a wet dog?
It's easiest on a dry coat. Wet fur clumps and tangles more.
How often should I brush?
Once or twice a week for most dogs, and more often when they're blowing their coat in spring and autumn.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and usually takes 12–19 days, with tracking.
